  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

9. AI-Generated Content

ComplianceForge AI uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate compliance classifications, scores, gap analyses, and documents. Regarding AI-generated content:

  • AI-generated content is not a substitute for legal advice. All recommendations are informational in nature.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it for official compliance purposes.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from compliance decisions based on AI-generated content.
  • Content created with AI assistance may have limited copyright protection under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all compliance documents generated through the platform based on your data. We grant you a limited license to use the generated documents for your internal compliance purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our platform: The ComplianceForge AI platform, including its design, source code, algorithms, Knowledge Base content, and branding, is the intellectual property of DevLogic and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The EU AI Act text is a public document of the European Union.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to ComplianceForge AI. However, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. Third-party service outages (AI provider, hosting, payment processor) may impact certain features. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComplianceForge AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for compliance outcomes — you make the final decisions regarding your organization's compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
